Welcome to the Brandywine Preserve Cluster HOA Website

Welcome to our quiet community of 124 cluster homes in the heart of Northeast Ohio.  We are nestled between the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, the Metroparks and wetlands.  The streets in our neighborhood include Deer Path Lane, Shallow Creek Circle, Deep Creek Circle, Joey Lane, Lost Creek Lane, Majestic Oak Court and Countryview Parkway.

Our neighborhood is located within the highly regarded Nordonia Hills City School District. Nordonia Schools Website Northfield utilizes the Macedonia Fire Department for fire/EMS services. The Summit County Sheriff patrols our neighborhood.

Summit County and Northfield Township were established in 1840. The name “Summit” was chosen because this area was the highest, boarding on the Ohio Canal. Northfield Center was so named because it was the center of Northfield Township. This area was widely sought after, due to its many waterways for transportation: The Cuyahoga River, the Ohio Canal, Indian and Brandywine Creeks. The township is approximately six square miles, and Northfield Center's Town Hall has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States of the Interior. Northfield Center Website
